It makes up of a delicious, aromatic and healthy blend of six different chillies from four different countries using high quality olive oil. This sauce is a great accompaniment to a variety of cuisines from Chinese, Japanese, Thai to Italian. It is great as a stand alone marinade or as a dipping sauce to spice up your food. You can also drizzle it as a topping for the extra fragrance. Made in Hong Kong with no additives, preservatives or food colouring.
